Dr. Chris Hopkins is the kindest and most competent Dr. I believe I have ever encountered. I have a very rare bone disease in my wrist and he always takes the time to listen to my issues with kind patience. He explains what my office visit treatment will entail and in detail, the surgery that I will face in the future. I would give him BEYOND EXCELLENT in every category! The faciilty staff are always kind and as prompt as they can be, depending on the check in/check out line, which has never been more than 1 person in front me. Plus, I love that you can check in and pay online ahead of your appointment. Then all you have to do is let them know you are there. Very little wait time to be called to back.

I love my doctor, but need to make people aware of a thing called SHARECARE. In the event you need any paperwork for your insurance or work, you will be forced to fill out a form and your paperwork will be handed over to a 3rd party who will charge you $30 to provide you with said paperwork. If you need an extension, MORE PAPERWORK and an additional $30. If they send the paperwork to the wrong place,or you need it sent to more than one, additional fees. I'm going to miss my doctor, but I have had enough of the nonsense. What happened to customer CARE??

I’ve had both forearms repaired for nerve impingement with Dr. Westkaemper and he performed a miracle and gave me back the feeling in both arms. Bilateral Nerve Impingement both Radial and Ulnar Nerves, and now I can resume playing both Classical and Fiddle style again. Dr. Murphy gave me my legs back just as he stated. I will say that I was ill prepared for a Ling Recovery from the Fusion but that’s on me and my fault! Going to have to have my right shoulder worked on and Yes I will be going back to AOA!!!

Do not trust this place with your health care! They are incompetent. Went here after a finger Injury, Dr initially ordered a custom angled finger splint at 50% angle. Proceeded to the PT section of Arlington Ortho in the same building same company and 5 min after speaking with the dr, and they made it at a 15% angle I wasn’t aware of the exact angle ordered until the next visit when I heard the dr cussing in the next room when reviewing my scans. He proceeds to come in the room and pretend everything was good but that I’d need to have immediate corrective surgery the next day even though I heard the entire encounter. This place is full of quack Medical professionals and an amazingly incompetent OT/PT staff.

*DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE* If I could give 0 stars I would!! Save yourself the stress and DO NOT GO HERE some if the doctors are good but the office staff are AWFUL and that's putting it nicely. The office manager Michelle Sinclair doesn't call you back when you have a complaint or concern and they will cancel your appointments without you knowledge or consent and when you send a message they do not respond some of the office staff are AWFUL people who do not give 2 crumbs of bread about you or your injuries. The Dr here are too good for this place and could do better. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board about this place.

Do NOT Bother! This place called me to say they had received a referral from my doctor and I needed to call and make an appointment. I called and the appointment setter was beyond confused about my referrals for multiple body areas. She finally made an appointment for me with Dr. Carter because she said he was the only one who would do two body parts at a time. When I got there for my appointment I was told there was no referral so I would have to either self pay or reschedule and call my PCP to get the referral. I had her check since THEY had called ME and she was texting the referral lady, Vicki and they found the referrals, but then said I did not have authorization numbers. Said I had to get my PCP to get them. Vicki called my primary doctor for me since I was adamant that they should not have made the appt. without the proper things they needed and why did they not discover this in the weeks I had waited for the appointment instead of letting me know at the appointment. Then after I finally got my co pay voided, I went and called Vicki myself and she said things like "you should know what your requirements are when you sign up for your insurance" or your PCP only sent a "courtesy" referral (which is meaningless). It was a long conversation with no real offers for help or solutions. I left there and went straight to my doctors office and the referral lady there told me she had spoken to Vicki and had gotten the authorizations within minutes and had faxed and emailed them immediately. She has also confirmed that the referrals had been done correctly. She also told me that the doctor they had set me up with was not the doctor that my PCP wanted me to see and had put on the referrals. There were other things I saw there being done to other patients which I shared with my doctor's office. They plan to reach out with a complaint and not only will I never be going there, but they will no longer refer any patients there.

My husband was referred for his injured shoulder. After meeting with the doctor a plan for pain medicine and MRI was set. No pain medicines or MRI orders were sent and the only way to communicate is via their portal. 3 days later they finally sent a pharmacy order. Then 3 days later they sent the MRI order to a location that does not take our insurance. Once my MRI was done (3weeks after my initial appointment) I could not get anyone to return my calls to set a follow up appointment. It’s been 2 weeks since my MRI and no one has returned my calls even when I call and request an appointment. This is unacceptable for a practice of this size. Greatly disappointed

Don’t botther going here! All the other 1 star reviews are correct. I made the mistake of going despite reading those- hopefully you don’t :) Spent 45 minutes making appointment. Arrived after driving 45 minutes at Mansfield office. They found me but cannot find my appointment. They could not help instead asked who I talked to. Please avoid. They don’t care.
